We become our better selves when we are more mindful.​ Research, observations, and studies in spirituality, human nature, psychology, and multiple alternative medicine modalities have brought me valuable information thus improving my perception and awareness of everything. While devouring knowledge that so many smart people spill into the world, I have grown and improved every area of my life. This has strengthened me on professional and personal levels, and it has inspired me to think, observe, and start perceiving the world through different lenses. Consequently, it has also brought out to the surface more knowledge and even new skills.
