Living well means living Your Own Story, without excuse or shame.

It means, despite all obstacles, persevering in growth, learning, and maintenance of your path to becoming a greater, better person! Living well does not mean never making mistakes or never taking a wrong turn that leads to an undesirable outcome or even a terrible mistake with devastating consequences. It means getting up after all the hard, unimaginable blows that life can serve and keeping the course to personal stardom while learning humility, generosity, and grace in the process.

Living well means listening to others even when you do not feel like listening, and it means breaking the impenetrable walls built around your own comfort, to provide support to others, whenever they need it. It means being willing to shatter those walls when you need help or assistance in overcoming a bad period in your own life too. There is so much more beauty in asking for help than in persevering with shame, fear, or uncertainty out of pride, and there is an invaluable significance to showing compassion and empathy while growing and learning in the process, no matter the story.

Living well means living that story your own way with the best possible intentions.

It means regaining control over your life after having lost all sense in an intense battle.

It is easier said than done, but that is just the way the cookie crumbles.

We all reach many crossroads, finding ourselves in situations that do not allow us to give up. These are the moments to build our strength and grow in ways that we never thought possible. Learning how to remove confusion and fear from the equation is what helps the whole process move forward more easily and less painfully.

The more simply we can explain our expectations to ourselves, the more profound our understanding of the world surrounding us, and the steps that we need to take toward improvement, harmony, and happiness become.

Happiness and fulfillment are a journey, and more fulfilled people usually have plans and visions in life. However those plans change, and surely life always takes us in unexpected directions, they learn to adjust, adapt, and change very quickly in order to go with the flow, and swim in any new waters that they get thrown into. No matter what the new circumstances are, we must be flexible in the process and follow the current; always stay determined to learn from the experiences, and succeed in becoming wiser and calmer, especially when we hurt.

It is easy to maintain strength and stability when things are going well. Being able to stay calm and learn acceptance when things are extreme is what shows us how to grow.

Living well means learning this. None of us tour this life without large bruises and sometimes, even life-changing, harrowing events. The secret is to learn how to go with the flow, no matter what. Do your best in the process, and pat yourself on the back for being brave and resilient.

Living your own story includes being clearer and clearer on who you are as time goes by, and as you learn and grow. Observe what relaxes you and what makes you smile, and above all, what requires a decisive action to change and improve. So, live well by living your soul’s desires and listening to your inner self. Your inner self knows what is good for you, and it can guide you in all things.

But, if you do not hear your inner self, because there are times in life when total obscurity overcomes even the brightest of minds, never be afraid or too proud to ask for help.

A great, open, and honest conversation with a good person, helps more than we ever like to admit. There are so many good people in the world, and more often than not, they are right next to us. Sometimes they are a stranger. Whatever the situation might be, ask the Universe, and a helping hand will be show up.

The art of living well also lies in the details of triviality, as much as in respecting your core and its wishes. It flourishes in constantly being on the move and in taking steps toward the goals that undoubtedly make all journeys special and worthwhile in every way.

Living well is about healing all the fractures, tears, and bruises earned along the way, and it is, finally, about understanding and honoring the process with peace, acceptance, and tranquility.
