Emotions, the powerhouse of our being

Is there a link between our diet and our thoughts and behaviors?

Are we happier when we eat right and do we eat smarter when we are happy?

Do our emotions shape our well-being, and is our health more reliant on them than on other factors? How can we positively influence our emotions?

Well, we can, first of all, be ourselves unapologetically.

We have the ability to retreat from the world, pause, and reflect deeply within ourselves to discover what makes us complete or fragmented, and then choose to transform our lives.


We are happy and healthy when our hearts are light, and they are light only when we live in accordance with our own selves, our wishes, our genetic predispositions, our inner magnetic fields, and our interests. Our emotional responses cause chemical reactions in the body, so the mind and body fuel or fight each other. Everything is connected on all levels!


Our souls enjoy the benefits of a nicely balanced union, and a lack of this balance causes trouble and disease.


Our minds and bodies intensely respond to internal conflicts arising from contradictory actions, disorganized thoughts, perplexing emotions, unattainable goals, frustrations, excessive stress, and numerous other factors that we allow to dominate us.


Think Blue Zones!

Lives led in accordance with our inner and outer natures!

Far more balanced lives—due to genetic predispositions, a significantly reduced willingness and effort to achieve satisfaction in every conceivable way—unlike us, and habits that have been cultivated for centuries, which we have largely removed from our sedentary, materialistic lifestyles.


Satisfying emotional life= peaceful soul=calm heart= willingness to care for ourselves and grow on every level. Willingness to nourish our bodies adequately comes from harmonious and balanced thoughts and feelings.


Happy soul= Happy body= Happy life



Being invigorated emotionally, makes us feel empowered on every level, and it provides us with more than enough fuel to function at full capacity. Being emotionally fulfilled empowers us to think clearly and focus on things that truly matter. Emotional calmness strengthens our inner resolve to accomplish or abolish any goal with profound acceptance and determination. Emotional stability provides a stronghold for our health and well-being.


Lacking emotional sustenance and security throws our inner core off balance 100% of the time, and this is where all problems begin to flourish.


When we live in harmony, we take care of ourselves more carefully by treating our physical bodies well. Amazing chemical and spiritual reactions that happen in our bodies and minds when we practice positive inner talk and are happy emotionally explain what truly happens when we feed our souls positive energy that comes from good thoughts, healthy nourishment, nurturing relationships, continuous introspection, and good feelings that are produced by self-development.


Our thought processes and even pain can be balanced by good emotions.

Good emotions improve our physical health by inspiring us to ingest what we need and not only what we want, to move more, and to surround ourselves with good things.


Everything is connected and depends on one another.

Our bodies feed on nourishment that comes from our food and our thought processes. Well- being of our souls, and our emotional and physical health depend on our thoughts and feelings, environments that we are surrounded by, people that we interact with, and our own inner talk.


It is crucial to look hard into ourselves and examine our inner and outer world, to better understand what it is that empowers or restricts us, emotionally and mentally. The power to transforming our lives lies only within ourselves. It cannot be taken from us unless we decide to give it up, but this can easily happen, because change is scary, and life is very difficult to handle. There can easily lie our failure to live it fully.


The power to live truthfully and in accordance with our own values, and the power to change things when they are making us feel uncomfortable and miserable, lies within ourselves, and this power is immense.


Fear of change and deep complacency often overpower this virtue and lead to creation of unwanted habits and even deeper dissatisfaction, but the courage to embrace change, on the other hand, always recovers our true self and nourishes it in the process, until we grow strong enough to fly as high as we want.


When being unsure of what it is exactly that needs to be changed, look for help, there is always someone or something that is there and will be glad to land a helping hand.

Never hesitate to request it. We all desire love and care and seeking guidance when feeling lost is never a sign of weakness.
